RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At [Home Essentials], customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement subject to product availability.
